02Context, daylight and spatial connections

Nearby commercial, leisure and everyday services create a walkable working environment. The courtyard layout is retained as design offices become part of the existing neighbourhood.

Urban context and walkability

Daylight patios and corridors improve connections within the existing building. Courtyards and roof structures retain their order, while before-and-after circulation comparisons help bring daylight into deep spaces.

03Construction, courtyard and circulation

Demolition, installation and spatial changes progressed together. Courtyards and brick walls were retained through repairs, reinforcement and local construction updates. I was responsible for design, client communication and site management, translating changing existing conditions into design adjustments.
